Jute Mat 750GSM
Jute Mat 750GSM is used to stabilize embankments or slopes protecting soil in places exposed to wind or heavy rain.
It will retain moisture while allowing new plantings time to establish themselves by eliminating early competition from weed and grass growth.
The heavy 750gsm mat will start to break down in 18 months. At this time planted trees, scrubs and ground cover roots along with weeds and grass should have taken hold of the surface soil replacing the matting.
